Ray Williams
Founder, President
Ray is a co-founder, serves as the City Church Network Team Leader and as a Board Member.
In 1996, while serving on the pastoral staff at Fellowship Bible Church, where served for over 35 years, he was called to join a movement to unite churches in the community.
Ray loves the city of Little Rock and the surrounding areas and has become involved in almost every aspect of ministry, social justice organizations and community projects during those years. He has a passion for seeing cities flourish through a united and thriving church.
Ray and his wife Carolyn have two daughters and seven grandchildren who are blessed by their influence and discipleship.
Logan Bloom
Prayer Coordinator
Logan Bloom is the Prayer Coordinator for CityChurch Network. He has been serving with CityChurch Network since 2015.
In his spare time, Logan enjoys music, photography, and smoked BBQ.
Logan and his wife, Molly, live in Little Rock with their two children.
Lauren Linz
Equipping Coordinator, Project Coordinator
Lauren coordinates the City Church Network’s Antioch Initiative as well as manages the overall project coordination for all of City Church Network.
Lauren believes the Church is the hope for the world and the only plan God put in place to make His Kingdom come here on earth as it is in heaven. She believes in the Churches working together as a united front to be a city on the hill to bring light to the world.
Lauren, her husband Adam, and their daughter live just outside of Little Rock, are on the leadership team at their church and enjoy leading the First Principles Series and using their home as a mission center.
Anthony Hampton
Flourishing Families in Schools Coordinator
Anthony Hampton, a native of Little Rock, is an experienced nonprofit leader, minister, and community servant. He is no stranger to serving others, having served in various opportunities throughout the Central Arkansas community for approximately 20 years. He currently leads the Flourishing Families in Schools initiative with the City Church Network.
He has a passion for serving God and enjoying the simple things life offers with his wife, Sylvia, their three adult children, and two grandchildren. Anthony serves as an elder at The Way Church Network.
Jason Ancarrow
Arkansas Marriage Initiative
Jason Ancarrow serves in CityChurch Network’s Flourishing Families Initiative as the Director of the Arkansas Marriage Initiative. He has served CityChurch Network since 2019.
Previously, he ministered for twelve years as the Youth and Senior Pastor at his hometown church in Kingwood, TX. He believes in the mission of the Church and desires to see each church championing biblical marriage to reach their community.
In his spare time, Jason enjoys spending time with his family, working out, and catching up on movies and shows that there’s never any time for. Jason and his wife, Ann, live in Benton with their two children. Jason serves as an elder at South City Church.
Mark and Michelle Ellis
Arkansas Marriage Initiative
Mark and Michelle Ellis began serving as Church Liaisons with the Arkansas Marriage Initiative in 2022. They have been serving with CityChurch Network since 2022 and have served on staff with FamilyLife, a ministry of Cru, since 1998.
Married for 42 years, they enjoy working together on outdoor projects, attending concerts, and listening to music.
Mark and Michelle have two married daughters and a super grandson, who all live in the Little Rock area. They worship at Epoch Church.
Chris Loux
Communications Director
Chris Loux is the Communications Director for CityChurch Network, where he has been serving since 2023. Previously, he served with Josiah Venture for seven years in Ukraine.
He has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Central Arkansas and a Masters in Christian Education from Dallas Theological Seminary.
In his spare time, Chris enjoys reading, listening to great music, and learning new things. He and his wife, Vira, live in Conway with their daughter. They belong to Fellowship Bible Church in Conway.
Darrell Adcock
Event Production and Creative Projects
Darrell Adcock handles event production and creative projects for CityChurch Network. A strategic and creative leader, he serves as Executive Pastor and Worship Director for South City Church, a network of believers who meet in homes all over the city and gather for worship twice a month.
Darrell and his wife, Tracy, have been married for over 35 years and have four children and five “grands.”
Sarah Brown
Administration
Sarah Brown works with the Admin Team for CityChurch Network. She has been serving with CityChurch Network since 2022.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with loved ones and listening to music.
Sarah and her husband, Collin, live in Little Rock. They belong to The Way Church Network.
Randy Madison
Network Developer
Randy Madison is the Network Developer for City Church Network, bringing 40+ years of pastoral experience to the team. He has a passion for serving and encouraging pastors, mentoring leaders, and seeing churches work together more effectively for Christ and His Kingdom.
He has a deep desire to see churches unify and partner together in answer to Jesus’ prayer in John 17.
In his free time, Randy is an avid walker and loves playing fantasy football. Randy and his wife, Elizabeth, have four children and 10 grandchildren
