Recommended Resource – LifeN

Have you ever struggled with the purpose and meaning in your life? If you have read or completed multiple resources attempting to answer these questions, you are in good company, so has our team. The feedback from our team is clear, this resource is different. This is one of the resources we help train leaders in the Church to train their people.

LifeN combines ancient wisdom and contemporary life development research to focus on 4 main spheres that are essential to attaining life to the fullest; life that is fully enjoyed and full of meaning and purpose. It combines deep personal understanding and lifelong learning toward fulfilling one’s life purpose. There are 6 steps that will help maximize your own development as well as your family, and lifework development.

15 Look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise but as wise, 16 making the best use of the time, because the days are evil. 17 Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is. – Ephesians 5:15-17

Paul encourages the Ephesians to walk wisely, with purpose and intent. To make the most of the time and never be foolish so that we may understand the will of the Lord. I don’t know about you, but that seems like a pretty high calling. One where we cannot walk with wisdom without a plan and walking toward it intentionally.

LifeN provides a comprehensive life analysis, designed to help develop character, heritage (legacy), and insights related to every area of life: work, family, wealth, inheritance, speech, behavior, community involvement responsibilities, etc.

Furthermore, the LifeN, Life Stewardship Portfolio, spans beyond our own lifetime, reaching into the lives of the next generation and the succeeding generation. Hear from our friend Mary, who was one of the first in Central Arkansas to walk through this process.

The past two years of my life have been the most challenging years I have ever experienced. In September of 2018 I lost my dad to a drug overdose, and in December of 2019 I lost my mother to cancer. Needless to say, I am definitely going through a transitional phase. That is where Life Nth stepped in.

Through LifeN I was able to glean understanding into the grid I use on a daily basis to see my world. It forced me to get real with my past (the good, and sometimes ugly), get honest with myself about my future goals, and dared me to use my scope of influence more effectively. – Mary

Can you feel the emotion in Mary’s story? She was in a transitional phase but one full of hardship and tragedy. Now, on the other side, in a new normal Mary is accomplishing goals, daring new challenges and living life to the fullest. Mary went through the process again with her now husband as a part of their pre-marital training. They are now using the reproducing resource in their sphere of influence.

LifeN is really about helping us learn to live life to the fullest, intentionally and purpose-filled. It is a portfolio experience where we take a comprehensive look at the 4 spheres of life:

·      Life work

·      Family

·      Community work

·      Global community

You dive deep into 6 steps as a guide for your development: writing your Story, developing your Purpose Statement,  outlining your Abilities, defining your Legacy, planning your Strategy, and creating simple Habits.

I heard a leadership coach/influencer say, “we keep looking all around us to find out who we are but we haven’t looked at God who designed us.” This resource is designed to help us look to God so that we can see ourselves and find out how we can serve Him with our whole selves.

That’s what we want for each of you in this resource. Allow this very cyclical process to give you space to see what God is doing in and through you as you lead others as well. If you push in, you will get fruit. It has proven time and time again with the use of this resource.

Going through this with a small group of people, provides an excellent development tool to help the group identify the best fit for focusing individual talents and skills in good works for the betterment of the city.

Would be interested in going through this resource or even leading a small group through LifeN
