She believes in churches working together as a united front to be a city on the hill to bring light to the world. She has received degrees in Organizational Management, Leadership, and Ethics and uses her 15 years of experience to effect change in her role. Lauren and her husband, Adam, live just outside of Little Rock with their daughter and are on the leadership team for The Way Church Network.
